Alaaddin Street- Historical Marketplace

Alaaddin Street is the name of the historical street which is in historical marketplace and among old Ottoman Houses. We can say that it is a street achieved to be a center of Ottoman Empire's history in Turkey. In addition to that, it holds most of the 3500 houses which bears traces of Ottoman's architecture style. An outstanding difference of Beypazarı houses is that people keep their pot bowling in that houses except two museum houses and a few restaurant houses.

What you find in marketplace is only traditional handmade products and sorts of local food. All the food is made by ladies who are from Beypazarı. Of course you can ask recipes of local food if you know a bit Turkish. I am sure that they will help you and try to communicate with you even if you don't know. When you see sincere and kind behavious of ladies, you leave Beypazarı with a smiling face...
